Rust Belt ready for rocking, rowdy weekend

The Rust Belt in East Moline is set to host a big weekend as country sensation Russell Dickerson takes the stage on Saturday and Celtic punk rockers Dropkick Murphys follow up on Sunday.

Dickerson, renowned for his chart-topping hits and infectious stage presence, will command the spotlight on Saturday, Feb. 24, with his dynamic blend of contemporary country, according to a Thursday release from the concert venue at 533 12th Ave., East Moline.

Following hot on Dickerson’s heels, Dropkick Murphys will take the stage on Sunday, Feb. 25th, bringing their legendary mix of punk rock energy and Celtic folk influences to the Rust Belt.

With their unmistakable sound and electrifying live performances, Dropkick Murphys are poised to ignite the venue with their signature brand of musical chaos, guaranteeing a night of high-octane excitement and unparalleled entertainment, the release says.
